Happening

About us

We’re here to end “we should totally do this.”

Every friend group has one: the trip that’s been “happening soon” for two years. Happening exists so it actually does.

How it started

Like most good ideas, in a group chat. A golf trip, eight friends, and a thread that went from “let’s do it!” to a date poll nobody filled in, to silence, to memes, to “next year for sure.”

The problem was never that people didn’t want to go. It was that nobody wanted to be the one chasing seven calendars. So we built the thing that does the chasing: one link, everyone marks their free days, the best dates float to the top.

Three rules we build by

  1. 01

    No accounts. Ever.

The fastest sign-up form is the one that doesn’t exist. Your friends have enough passwords.

  2. 02

    Free means free.

No trial, no “premium” badge, no paywall in front of your own results.

  3. 03

    One question.

“When are you free?” Everything else is our problem, not your group’s.

Enough about us.

Your group chat isn’t going to organise itself.
